- More than half of the staff hold recognised qualifications in childcare and/or education ranging from NVQ Level 2 to Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Many of the unqualified staff are on the teacher training programme.
- Six specialist activity instructors are also employed, for example to teach archery and swimming.
- The organisation is a member of the British Activity Providers Association.
