- Some babies say the word 'splash' for the first time as they play with water.
- However, staff do not always consider how to extend vocabulary for some babies who can already put two or three words together.n Children take pride in their achievements.
- For example, toddlers say, 'I'm doinga great job' as they independently spread butter on their toast.n Staff support children with special educational needs and/or disabilities verywel .
- They ensure all children are respected as individuals.
- Staff work closely with parents and a range of professionals to support children to make the best possible progress.n Older children learn about the world and themselves.
