- The two-way flow of information between teachers and staff, and staff and parents, helps to ensure staff meet children's needs well.
- The managers are committed to ensuring positive outcomes for children through the professional development of their staff.
- For example, staff receive effective ongoing guidance, which improves their interactions with children.
- It is not yet outstanding because:Staff do not always help children to be independent and manage their own personal needs, such as preparing food and serving themselves during snack time.
- Some resources are not always easy for children to reach, to provide them with even greater choice and opportunities to complement their learning at school.
- For example, books are not always available for children to read and, occasionally, writing materials are not as easy to reach.
