- The manager and supporting team have a very good vision for the nursery's development and the knowledge, skills and focused commitment towards promoting the best learning outcomes for children.
- Qualified and experienced staff act as mentors to those less qualified and provide excellent role models.
- This has a positive impact on staff practice and the quality of interaction to support children's learning throughout the nursery.
- It is not yet outstanding because:Staff do not fully engage all parents to share information about their children's learning at home so that a more consistent approach can be established.
