- Staff are knowledgeable about safeguarding and there is a detailed policy in place to protect children.

- Management use good practices to support staff who work at the setting.
- For example, they carry out regular supervisions to identify any practice issues or training needs.
- It is not yet outstanding because:A member of staff takes children to the school reception area for collection by their parents.
- This sometimes disturbs children's play and routines, and means that parents are not fully involved in their child's time at the club because they do not have the opportunity to see them there.
