- Self-evaluation methods lack rigour.
- This weakness means the club's owner does not drive forward improvements in the club well.
- It has the following strengths Children are happy and settled because management and staff are warm and welcoming.
- They provide space for the children to relax and rest if required.
- This care enables children to be quiet or active according to their needs after school.
- Management and staff manage children's behaviour through using effective strategies and having realistic expectations.
- As a result, children behave suitably.
- Children benefit from daily opportunities to be physically active.
- These promote their all-round physical development and good health.
- The owner checks the ongoing suitability of staff to work with children.
