- Management and staff are highly effective in assessing and monitoring children's progress to accurately identify where they are in their learning and development.
- Consequently, all children, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities and those learning English as an additional language, make outstanding progress.
- Management and staff have an excellent understanding of child protection and their responsibility to ensure children's safety at all times.
- Staff provide children with a stimulating outdoor environment where they are able to practise physical skills and hand-eye coordination.
- For example, they climb, ride trikes and have stilts to enable them to enhance their balancing skills.
- The outdoor area also enables children to explore a vast range of resources and experiences that cover all areas of learning exceptionally well.
