  • They discuss theactivities provided and how the children need to be supported.
  • All staff complete online safeguarding training.
  • The staff team work wel together.
  • The provider is supportive of the staff and recognises that the current pandemic has been stressful for them.n Staff consistently model expected behaviour and provide opportunities for thechildren to discuss the club's behaviour rules, such as kind hands and kind words.
  • They apply fair boundaries so that children understand how to behave at the club.
  • They use explanations and gentle reminders to help children manage their emotions and consider others.
  • Children are rewarded through the 'behaviour certificates' at the end of each day.
