- The provider is supportive of the staff and recognises that the current pandemic has been stressful for them.n Staff consistently model expected behaviour and provide opportunities for thechildren to discuss the club's behaviour rules, such as kind hands and kind words.

- They use explanations and gentle reminders to help children manage their emotions and consider others.
- Children are rewarded through the 'behaviour certificates' at the end of each day.
