- Staff are caring and enthusiastic so children are happy and enjoy socialising with their friends.
- Staff are well qualified and use their knowledge to provide a wide range of stimulating activities.
- They create an inviting outside area with interesting resources that encourages children to explore and learn in a variety of ways.
- The management team work closely together to evaluate the provision and make continuous improvements to the service they offer, and are accessible to parents.
- The management team makes sure that staff safeguard children well and implement requirements effectively.
- It is not yet outstanding because:Staff do not always use questioning as well as possible to encourage children to solve problems.
- The children's privacy is not always appropriate during nappy changing due to changing facilities provided in an open-plan room.
- However, staff have a good knowledge of safeguarding and ensure this would not have an impact on the safety or good health of children.
- Parents are not clearly informed and of the next steps of their children's learning.
